- Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, executing timely repairs.
- Respond to tenant and facility service requests in a professional and prompt manner.
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the building premises to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and general plumbing.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Relevant safety and technical certifications (e.g., TESDA, OSHA, or equivalent local licenses) are highly preferred.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule or be on-call for emergency repairs if necessary.
