Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and routine maintenance work orders from tenants.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in building management, facility maintenance, or engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of building automation systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with local fire safety codes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
