Join Concerted Management Corporation as a Building Engineer and become the backbone of our property operations! We're seeking a proactive professional to oversee the daily maintenance, operational efficiency, and safety compliance of our facilities. In this critical role, you'll ensure uninterrupted building functionality through strategic preventative maintenance, system optimization, and rapid response to technical issues. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily facility maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot operational issues to prevent downtime
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee repair projects with contractors
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Document maintenance activities and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during critical incidents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Technical certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and IoT technologies
- Valid professional licenses (e.g., MEP, HVAC Technician) where applicable
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and emergency repairs
