Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage the Property's 52-Week Engineering Calendar for all maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and system upgrades
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform immediate troubleshooting
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement measures
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documentation, and cost analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation
- Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
