Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and fire safety systems
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repair/improvement projects
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency optimization strategies
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate rapid resolutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system performance and maintenance activities
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all building infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building engineering or facility management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation technologies
- Valid professional engineering license (PRC) is required
- Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS) and maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and contractors
