Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive 52-week engineering maintenance calendars for assigned properties
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and coordinate emergency repairs with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage capital improvement projects and renovation timelines within budget constraints
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance
- Collaborate with property management teams to optimize tenant experiences and facility operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building engineering or property maintenance
- Professional license (e.g., PRC License) and relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA)
- Advanced knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical aptitude
