As a Building Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of our properties. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. This includes overseeing preventive maintenance programs, conducting thorough inspections, and preparing detailed reports to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. Your expertise will directly impact the safety and comfort of our tenants and employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on facility status and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all safety protocols, regulations, and building codes are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in building engineering or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and general plumbing.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
