Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software for building projects
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve building maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
- Prepare cost estimates and technical specifications for building projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of building plans, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Building Engineer or AutoCAD Operator
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
