Join Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. as a Building Engineer - Electrical and play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of critical infrastructure. You will oversee electrical systems, utility relocations, and compliance inspections while maintaining seamless project coordination. This position requires technical expertise in electrical engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize building services for maximum efficiency and safety. Your contributions will directly impact project timelines, regulatory adherence, and sustainable facility management in Pampanga's dynamic construction sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across building systems
- Coordinate utility relocations and infrastructure upgrades with minimal operational disruption
- Conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure compliance with national electrical codes
- Manage project timelines and resources for electrical engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Document electrical systems performance and prepare compliance reports
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for critical electrical infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building electrical systems management
- Valid PRC license as Professional Electrical Engineer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and safety regulations
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with facility management systems and IoT technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
