Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, including transformers, switchgears, and power backup units.
- Conduct regular inspections of building electrical facilities to ensure compliance with local safety codes and standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules for lighting systems, HVAC electrical controls, and emergency power supply systems.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of electrical breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized electrical upgrades and repairs.
- Monitor utility consumption data and recommend energy-saving initiatives to reduce building overhead costs.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) or willing to undergo certification paths.
- Fresh graduates with high academic standing are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, circuit diagrams, and power systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on facility safety.
- Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules or provide support during critical building maintenance events.
