Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new lift/elevator systems
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients for project execution
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics and maintenance reports
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for vertical transportation systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Certification in Lift Engineering or Vertical Transportation preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls
- Experience with CAD software and technical documentation
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
