Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee facility maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Manage utility consumption and implement energy efficiency measures
- Coordinate safety inspections, emergency drills, and compliance documentation
- Supervise construction projects and renovation works from planning to completion
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation for regulatory compliance
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building/facility engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building automation
- Certification in facility management or building operations preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
