Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment longevity
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and system installations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare operational reports
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during assigned shifts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Certification in OSHA safety standards preferred
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with CMMS maintenance software
- Valid driver's license with clean record
