Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for building facilities engineering operations, ensuring optimal performance of building systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Manage capital improvement projects, including budget preparation, vendor selection, and project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to perform specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Analyze facility performance data to identify trends and implement cost-saving operational strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or building engineering operations.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven experience in managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and vendor management.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional License (e.g., PE) is an advantage.
