As our Building Facilities Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Building Manager to oversee the lifecycle of facility maintenance. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising a wide array of building-related works, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise daily building maintenance operations to ensure facility uptime.
- Coordinate with the Building Manager to manage comprehensive building-related projects and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring all work performed meets safety and quality compliance standards.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for facility improvement.
- Manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and budget utilization.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and lead corrective actions to resolve issues with minimal operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facility management within the Singapore market.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, management, and technical teams.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH/BCM) are a distinct advantage.
