This pivotal role requires you to oversee the seamless 24/7 maintenance and safety operations of railway stations and the Integrated Quarantine Complex (ICQ). You'll be responsible for optimizing facility performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing robust safety protocols while managing multidisciplinary teams and complex budgets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead 24/7 maintenance operations for railway stations and ICQ facilities
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for building systems
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including technicians and security personnel
- Oversee budget allocation and procurement of maintenance materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in high-security environments
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for facility incidents
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in transportation/high-security sectors
- Proven expertise in maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- OSHA/ISO safety compliance certifications
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS software and building management systems
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
