Search Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Building | Facilities Manager to oversee critical site operations within the Central Region. This is a pivotal role designed for an individual who excels at balancing strategic facility planning with technical oversight of complex mechanical systems.
In this position, you will be the primary authority for all onsite facility matters, ensuring that the building infrastructure operates at peak efficiency. Given Singapore’s climate, the management of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems is paramount. You will be responsible for life-cycle management, energy optimization, and the seamless execution of maintenance programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of all building facilities, with a specific focus on ACMV and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and energy efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
- Manage external vendors and contractors, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate and oversee building audits, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Act as the primary responder for facility-related emergencies and lead incident investigation and reporting.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on operational costs, system performance, and facility improvement projects.
- Monitor and optimize utility consumption, proposing sustainable solutions for energy and water conservation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in professional Facilities Management or Building Operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in ACMV, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems is mandatory.
- Proven track record in managing vendor contracts and large-scale maintenance projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and site staff.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting mechanical failures.
