Your primary focus will be to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure that our facilities run efficiently and safely. You will act as the first point of contact for facility-related concerns, coordinating repairs and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure, including HVAC units, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and fire safety equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions to ensure optimal building performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of building systems and avoid costly breakdowns.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory levels for spare parts.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors for specialized repairs and renovations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, with a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Valid technical certification or trade qualification is highly preferred.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and management.
