PT Mitra Sukses One is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our dynamic engineering team in Jakarta Barat. As a key member of our project lifecycle team, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing high-quality 3D models that drive efficiency and precision in our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural design and structural execution, ensuring that all building information models are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with project specifications. You will collaborate closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and structural designers to deliver top-tier infrastructure solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately translated into digital models.
- Maintain and update BIM project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Extract accurate quantities and data from models for cost estimation and material procurement.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical insights and model updates.
- Ensure compliance with international BIM standards and local building regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven professional experience of at least 3 years as a BIM Modeler or BIM Engineer.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex technical documentation.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
