Ciputra Group, one of Indonesia's most prominent property developers, is seeking a meticulous and professional Building Inspector to join our construction management team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence across our ongoing development projects.
As a Building Inspector, you will act as the frontline guardian of construction quality, ensuring that all physical structures meet both engineering specifications and Ciputra Group's rigorous building codes. You will be responsible for onsite inspections, documentation of project progress, and ensuring that all contractors adhere to strict health and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular onsite inspections to ensure construction work aligns with blueprints, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout all stages of the construction process.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports regarding project progress, issues encountered, and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers to resolve technical discrepancies or quality issues immediately.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
- Review project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications, to ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Facilitate final inspections and walk-throughs to verify the completion of units prior to handover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Building Inspector, Site Engineer, or Quality Control Officer in a property development firm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and technical blueprint interpretation.
- Strong understanding of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or construction safety standards.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify structural defects or non-compliance issues early.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction reporting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with diverse contractor teams.
