Join CBM Pte Ltd as a Building Inspector (IFS) and play a pivotal role in ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance across Singapore's real estate landscape. This position requires expertise in conducting comprehensive land and building inspections according to the European Standard NEN 2767 Physical Condition methodology. You will meticulously assess structural components, identify potential defects, and evaluate overall building condition to provide accurate risk assessments and compliance reports. Your work will directly influence property valuation, maintenance planning, and regulatory adherence for diverse clients including developers, financial institutions, and property owners.
As a key member of our technical team, you'll utilize advanced inspection techniques and documentation protocols to deliver precise, actionable insights. Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- Certification in NEN 2767 inspection methodology or equivalent building standards
- Minimum 3 years experience in building/structural inspection
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and BCA requirements
- Proficiency in inspection software and documentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Singapore driving license for site visits
