Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate specialized repair services
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation using CMMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

- Optimize energy consumption and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance (minimum 3 years)
- Technical certification in electrical, HVAC, or mechanical systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS software and preventive maintenance protocols
- Valid trade licenses (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) preferred
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and vendors
