Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building structures, foundations, and MEP systems
- Oversee repair and renovation projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance services and material procurement
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage emergency repairs and respond to facility maintenance requests promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and structural integrity principles
- Valid PRC license (Civil Engineer/Architect preferred)
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
