Liberty Commercial Center is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of the buildingās structural elements, mechanical systems (HVAC), electrical units, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and tenant work orders to ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and inventory levels for spare parts and tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Identify potential safety hazards and propose cost-effective solutions for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management within a commercial setting.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and blueprints.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within the area.
