Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential faults or safety hazards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime in production areas.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and asset history in the company's CMMS.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (license required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility engineering.
- Experience in the food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, fire safety systems, and basic plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules or as needed.
