Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily building facility inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Handle routine repairs and troubleshooting of building infrastructure (walls, floors, fixtures).
- Manage minor installations and assembly of office or building equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for complex technical repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in all utility and technical areas.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company SOPs and health and safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance tasks and repair logs accurately for reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Staff, Handyman, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and general carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and building blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good physical health and ability to perform manual labor as required by the job.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if needed.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment safely.
