Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Conduct regular inspections of industrial, residential, and commercial properties to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs across different property types
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Assist in preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance across different property types
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Valid certification in relevant trade areas (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is advantageous
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
