Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including control panels and distribution boards
- Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control and air quality
- Address plumbing issues, water supply systems, and drainage infrastructure
- Operate and maintain water pumps, generators, and emergency power systems
- Test, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
- Technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems
- Valid certification in fire safety systems maintenance
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in various building conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
