Join Ciputra Residence's dynamic maintenance team as a Building Maintenance Technician for our premier mall facility in Cikupa, Banten. In this critical role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of our commercial complex by performing comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and preventative care for building structures, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment across all mall areas. You'll be the guardian of our visitors' experience, maintaining safety standards, optimizing facility performance, and addressing maintenance needs proactively to create a welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants alike.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance of building structures, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on mall facilities including elevators, escalators, and fire safety systems
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory logs, and work order documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company maintenance standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facility management
- Technical/vocational certification in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance protocols and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification (e.g., STPLN or equivalent)
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting systems
