Luxor Prime Properties is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Manila City. We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality standards for our properties, and we are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in their craft.
As a Stay-in Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy the convenience of free accommodation and covered utilities, allowing you to focus entirely on your work. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our buildings remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing for residents and guests alike.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting routine inspections, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with external contractors for specialized work. If you are a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections of building facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend asset life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders reported by residents or management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Assist in minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs to building fixtures.
- Monitor utility usage and identify areas for energy conservation.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair logs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or property management.
- Valid Professional/Technical Certificate (e.g., NRA, RRA) is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor duties.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols.
