You will leverage advanced analytics to maintain peak operational efficiency, troubleshoot complex system anomalies, and spearhead projects that enhance the reliability of our building automation networks. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee building automation systems (BMS) in a centralized operations environment.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, and root cause investigation for HVAC, lighting, and fire protection control systems.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize energy consumption and building performance.
- Coordinate with field technicians and third-party vendors for onsite repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage system programming, software updates, and firmware patching to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Participate in emergency response protocols and ensure high system availability/uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related building services field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BMS operations, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Proficiency in industrial protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and OPC.
- Strong understanding of HVAC logic, PID control loops, and MEP systems integration.
- Experience with major BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, or Johnson Controls).
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment to support 24/7 operations if required.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
