Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise building maintenance staff and security personnel to ensure site security and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of annual building budgets and manage operational expenses effectively.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are maintained according to strict quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial property or building management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and property maintenance best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on preventative maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
