Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily building operations, including security, cleaning, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and fire safety standards.
- Manage and supervise in-house maintenance staff and external contractors effectively.
- Handle tenant relations, lease administration, and resolve maintenance inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for building upkeep and utility costs.
- Coordinate with upper management to implement strategic property improvements and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Building Manager or Property Management role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building laws, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
