CV. Inti Sejati Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Building Manager to oversee our property operations in Jakarta. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an experienced professional capable of maintaining high operational standards across office buildings, co-working spaces, or hospitality properties.
As the Building Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for property operations, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest safety, efficiency, and aesthetic standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement strategic property improvements to maximize tenant satisfaction and asset value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in facility management and a proactive approach to solving complex building challenges in a fast-paced urban environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive building maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Oversee daily operations of the property, including security, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management.
- Manage building budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Supervise internal staff and third-party vendors/contractors to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, fire regulations, and building codes.
- Handle tenant/occupant inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management regarding building performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in building management or property development management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex facilities such as office buildings, co-working spaces, or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and preventative maintenance protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-quality client service.
- Ability to thrive in the dynamic Jakarta property market.
