Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping services.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to ensure structural and operational longevity.
- Manage building budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of facility services.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Handle tenant communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
- Manage emergency response protocols and conduct regular safety drills for all building occupants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Building Management or Property Management position.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, MEP, electrical, and plumbing).
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing onsite operations teams.
- Proficient in property management software and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
