We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our corporate headquarters. The Indonesian Commodity And Derivatives Exchange is a dynamic institution, and our facility must reflect our commitment to excellence and stability. In this role, you will be the guardian of our physical environment, ensuring that all building systems, from HVAC to security, function flawlessly to support our trading floor and administrative staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environment that meets international standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, managing relationships with external vendors, coordinating routine maintenance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) function optimally and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, security, landscaping, and general repairs to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, fire codes, building standards, and environmental policies at all times.
- Manage utility budgets and negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and value for money.
- Supervise building staff and security personnel, fostering a positive, professional, and safe working environment for all occupants.
- Handle emergency response procedures and coordinate with emergency services when necessary to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar Building Manager role within a corporate or commercial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of building management systems, safety regulations, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Valid Indonesian driving license.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and property management software.
