Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily operations of assigned properties including apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings
  • Coordinate maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure optimal property performance
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all property operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance, repairs, and facility services
  • Handle tenant relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with property services
  • Monitor property budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong asset lifespan
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate crisis management when necessary

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building management, preferably with mixed-use properties
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance systems, safety regulations, and operational best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to coordinate multiple departments
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost control for property operations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
  • Familiarity with property management software and maintenance tracking systems
