Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Grade A commercial building, ensuring all systems function optimally
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for building maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Develop and implement effective building management policies and procedures
- Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
- Supervise security, cleaning, and landscaping staff to maintain pristine building standards
- Prepare and manage the building maintenance budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment for all occupants
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing commercial buildings, preferably Grade A properties
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Building Control Act, Fire Safety Act, and environmental regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective tenant and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in building management systems and MS Office applications
- Professional certifications such as BSCAH or related property management credentials will be advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure
