Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Coordinate office calendars, appointments, and meeting room reservations
- Perform administrative tasks including document management and filing
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support property viewing coordination and client reception services
- Collaborate with real estate agents on client communication and follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/real estate experience preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office software (MS Office Suite)
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Knowledge of Bali tourism/property market advantageous
