As the Building Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the building's asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing operational budgets effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the commercial office building to ensure optimal functionality and tenant comfort.
- Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, and resolve maintenance issues or queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, including expense forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and maintain the property's aesthetic and operational quality.
- Lead and supervise the building management team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar Building Manager or Facilities Manager role within the commercial sector.
- Certification such as SMRT or SMM (Singapore Maintenance Manager) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations, fire safety laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in budget management, vendor negotiation, and project management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
