Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of electrical systems including UPS, generators, and PDUs
- Lead technical teams in 24/7 data center operations and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (NFPA, TIA-942)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects for facility upgrades and expansions
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Prepare detailed performance reports and incident documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
- 5+ years experience in electrical systems management within data centers
- Proven leadership experience in technical teams
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and BMS
- Certification in data center operations (CDCP, DCDC) preferred
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid electrical work permit and safety certifications
