Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and fire protection mechanisms
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical infrastructure
- Lead emergency response teams during system failures and critical repairs
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency optimization measures
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety codes and environmental regulations
- Manage maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and equipment procurement
- Train technical staff on system operations and best practices
- Conduct regular audits of mechanical systems performance and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Mechanical Engineer license in the Philippines
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
- Expertise in HVAC systems, energy management, and mechanical diagnostics
- Strong proficiency with CAD/BIM software and maintenance management systems
- Certification in energy management or sustainable building practices preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in technical team management
- Excellent problem-solving skills under operational pressure
