Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures for the building
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Ensure all security personnel are properly trained and certified according to regulations
- Manage security budgets and resources efficiently
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Certification in security management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Familiarity with security systems and technology
- Valid security guard license and other required certifications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage
