We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Building Services Assistant Manager to join The Spring Management Services in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this key role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all stakeholders. You will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals and manage relationships with external vendors to deliver top-tier building services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily building operations and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the maintenance team to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Preparing and managing budgets for maintenance and repair works.
- Responding promptly to emergency repairs and addressing tenant or client maintenance requests.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) operations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian work pass or citizenship.
