Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and construction schedules.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, providing clear technical guidance to subcontractors and foremen.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and clients, to resolve site-related design conflicts.
- Manage material procurement, on-site inventory, and resource allocation to minimize project wastage.
- Enforce rigorous Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and regulatory compliance on-site.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related building discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering for building construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction blueprints.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site effectively.
