Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security and housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security vulnerabilities.
- Manage and document daily incidents, including accidents, irregularities, and emergency responses, and report findings to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures at all times.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies and security equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors regarding facility maintenance requests.
- Train and mentor new staff members on proper operational procedures and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working as a supervisor in security, housekeeping, or building management sectors.
- Proven track record of working in reputable Malls, Office Buildings, or large commercial complexes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong focus on team motivation and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
- Valid security certification or facility management qualification is an advantage.
