Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of property facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management, prioritizing issues based on urgency
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and renovations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in building maintenance, facilities management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in commercial property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting and documentation
