Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain MEP systems including electrical panels, plumbing networks, and HVAC equipment
- Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance inspections on building infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local safety regulations and industry standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports for management
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment upgrades and system replacements
- Implement energy-efficient practices to optimize building operations and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance with specialization in MEP and HVAC systems
- Technical certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering (SMK/Diploma preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, plumbing diagrams, and HVAC control systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment for MEP systems
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., electrical safety, confined space entry)
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks and work in various environments
