Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to expand market share in Selangor
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized engagement
- Present product demonstrations and educate clients on Halal frozen food offerings
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business partnerships
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales reports and track key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with Halal certification standards in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales or field marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle for client visits
- Knowledge of Halal certification requirements and food industry standards
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple territories
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Results-oriented with proven track record in meeting sales targets
