Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate bulk shipment operations from order processing to final delivery
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading and customs forms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely transportation and delivery
- Implement safety protocols during handling of bulk shipments
- Track shipment status and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Prepare monthly shipment reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in logistics or manufacturing operations preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Physical capability to handle bulk materials when required
